Current private investments completed since Levison & Co.’s founding:

• Presidio Partners - a leading real estate private equity placement group. This investment was initiated, structured and financed by Levison & Co. and closed in 2003.
• FL Selenia - the largest independent producer of branded automotive lubricants and other functional fluids in Europe. Levison & Co. served as exclusive advisor to Vestar Capital Partners which purchased FL Selenia for $725 million in cash, including assumption of debt from Doughty Hanson & Co. This transaction closed in October 2003.
• Heeltap! Licensing - a media licensing business with rights to Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Liberty Magazine. This investment was led by Dublind Partners, with significant input from Levison & Co., and closed in 2003.

Current private investments completed prior to Levison & Co.’s founding:

• Fisher Scientific International - a one-stop source of products, services and global solutions for science related companies. The Company offers more than 600,000 products and services to more than 350,000 customers located in approximately 145 countries. This investment was led by Thomas H. Lee Company and closed in 1998.
• The Boyd’s Collection - a domestic designer, importer, and distributor of branded, high-quality, hand-crafted giftware-products and collectibles. This investment was led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and closed in 1998.
